Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
Our Youth & Women program supports Black women and young entrepreneurs as they explore ideas, build confidence, and start their business journey. Through mentorship, skills training, and culturally grounded support, CBEE helps participants develop clarity, strengthen leadership, and take meaningful steps toward long-term success.
Eligibility
- Black-identifying women or youth (ages 16–29)
- Must live in Alberta or the Prairie provinces
- Open to anyone with a business idea, early project, or interest in starting something of their own
- Open to all industries and experience levels
- Commitment to attend workshops, coaching, or group sessions
