WHAT WE DO
Rooted In Community. Rising Together

Community-Led Governance
Our leadership is drawn from Black-led organizations and lived experience. We co-design, co-deliver, and co-govern every program and policy we advance.

Pan-Prairie Reach
With partners across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, we operate as a regional hub for Black entrepreneurship, innovation, and advocacy.

Legacy-Driven Mission
We build for the long term—creating mentorship pipelines, digital infrastructure, and policy shifts that endure beyond any single funding cycle.
Entrepreneurship Support
We provide training, mentorship, micro-consulting, and incubation to help Black entrepreneurs launch, grow, and sustain their businesses.

Digital Inclusion & Innovation
We bridge the digital divide through tech access grants, digital literacy bootcamps, and support for tech-enabled business models.

Evaluation & Learning
We use real-time data, community feedback, and storytelling to measure impact, adapt programs, and share insights across the ecosystem.

Policy Advocacy & Systems Change
We develop policy briefs, convene stakeholders, and advocate for equity-focused reforms in funding, procurement, and economic development.

Coalition Building & Capacity Strengthening
We coordinate a network of Black-led organizations, sharing resources, leadership, and infrastructure to amplify impact and ensure sustainability.

Community Engagement & Cultural Programming
We host storytelling forums, cultural events, and listening sessions that affirm identity, build trust, and surface community-driven solutions.
